LouAnn Wagstaff passed away May 11. Her memorial celebration of life will be from 6-8 p.m. at Tyler Metro Church, 14196 State Highway 110, Friday, May 25.

LouAnn was born October 4, 1954 in Freeport. She lived in Lufkin before moving to Pineland where she attended West Sabine High School. LouAnn was a cheerleader and the class clown. She moved to Tyler to attend Tyler Junior College, then moved to Whitehouse in 1983.

LouAnn worked for Whitehouse Independent School District. She loved the children and was a friendly face to anyone who entered the school campus. She loved her job.

LouAnn’s passion for life was her grandchildren who called her Gran. She enjoyed supporting them in their sports and activities and loved spending time with her daughter and grandchildren.

LouAnn is preceded in death by her brother, Jon Wagstaff and parents, Robert and Bettye Wagstaff. She is survived by her daughter Cory Wagstaff and two grandchildren, Caylor Brynn Blackmon and Brock Wagstaff Blackmon.
