“Wake the neighbors! Get the word out! Come on, crank up the music, climb a mountain and shout! This is life we’ve been given, made to be lived out … so live out loud.”
As I typed out that title I could literally see Cher flipping her long black hair and her tongue at the corner of her mouth. Now that thought took me back for sure!
It would be nice if we could turn back time and do or say things differently than we did the first time. Many things in our lives could be completely different if just such a thing was possible. The impact of some decisions or actions would be greatly improved and some would not. Things happen for a reason.
As you know most of my statistical analysis comes from Facebook. This subject is no different.
My friend asked “If you could write a note to your younger self, what would you say in only two words?”
Here are my favorites: Have faith; be thankful; be sure; enjoy life; don’t hesitate; cherish life; God bless; be happy; listen to the mom (oops! That’s more than two words!); love fiercely; grow up; speak up; slow down; be yourself and be truthful.
I’ll bet I could come up with a lot more than this handful I pulled from facebook. Let’s give it a try.
“If you could write a note to your younger self, what would you say in only two words?” How about: smile big; smile often; calm down; look up; look forward; sit down; shut up (just kidding); I’m sorry (now there’s a good one); yes m’am; yes sir; thank you; I will; not me; that’s funny; just think; oh well; let’s go; stop that; school’s out; have fun; my pleasure; take care; be safe; look out; pay attention; work hard; play hard; listen carefully and breathe deep.
I’ll bet you can think of more!
