Come home to Troup and attend the annual Troup Chamber of Commerce Awards Banquet on Thursday, April 20, and join in the celebration of the good life offered in Troup.
Everything kicks off at 6 p.m. with a mouth-watering meal cooked by Cooksy’s BBQ at Troup High School.
As dinner settles the crowd will enjoy taking part in the honoring of several special individuals in the community. The Chamber will honor the Business of the Year as well as Citizens of the Year. The City will present their Employee of the Year, Police Officer of the Year and Firefighter of the Year.
Troup ISD’s Teachers of the Year will be recognized and the Lifetime Achievement Award winner will also be announced.
TISD Superintendent Stuart Bird and Video Production instructor Randall McGehee will present a video heralding the good life in Troup. You won’t want to miss it.
Tickets are $15 each or 2/$25 and are available for purchase at Troup City Hall.
