The 2017 Roy Lawrence Memorial Golf Tournament will be Monday, June 12. Lunch will start at noon, and a shotgun start will be at 1 p.m. at Hollytree Country Club in Tyler. The tournament will be a 4-person team scramble, 18-hole golf tournament benefiting The First Tee and the Whitehouse Parks and Recreation. House helped lead Whitehouse to a share of the District 17-5A championship, and into the second round of the State playoffs. House, a senior, paced the Whitehouse offense all season and helped the team ro a 22-7-1 season mark. He was a unanimous choice. more
